FESTIVAL PRODUCER
5-month fixed-term contract. July to September (inclusive) part-time, 3 days per week. October to December (inclusive) full-time, 5 days per week.
About the Position
The Festival Producer plays a key operational role in the successful delivery of the Melbourne Queer Film Festival. Working closely with the CEO, Program Director and other staff, the Producer is responsible for the planning and execution of MQFF’s venues, events, film delivery logistics, volunteer program, and technical production.
This role oversees key components of the annual Festival program and provides vital support to the CEO and Program Director in ensuring a high-quality and safe experience for artists, filmmakers, volunteers, and audiences alike.
The role is based at the Victorian Pride Centre with flexibility for some remote work, and includes evening and weekend hours during the Festival period.

MARKETING AND FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR
5-month fixed-term contract (1 July – 30 November 2024). Full-time.
About the Position
The Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator plays a pivotal role within MQFF, contributing to the development and implementation of MQFF’s marketing, operations, and fundraising efforts. This role will enhance MQFF’s fundraising capacity and boost the organisation’s visibility and engagement beyond metropolitan Melbourne through community outreach initiatives.
Reporting to the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, the Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator is a full-time role operating from the Victorian Pride Centre, St Kilda, with opportunity to occasionally work remotely. You will work closely with the agile MQFF team to deliver the annual Melbourne Queer Film Festival, leveraging marketing plans, establishing community and donor relationships, and assisting with key communications to ensure the success and growth of the organisation.
