How to Buy Tickets for In-Cinema Screenings

Online

Select, book and print your tickets at home. Browse the program on the website, click on a film, and scroll to the payment options at the bottom of the page. Select your tickets, click ‘Add to Cart’, and follow the instructions to ‘Checkout’.

Download the app

Browse and purchase tickets on the official MQFF iPhone or Android app. No printing required – bring your smartphone, to be scanned at the door.

Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?

Yes, in most cases you will be able to buy tickets at the MQFF Box Offices at our venues.

The Box Offices open 1 hour before the first session starts and closes shortly after the last session of the day commences.

In line with State Government recommendations, our Box Offices are contactless and paperless. This means that we won’t be able to accept cash and we won’t be printing tickets. Your tickets will arrive by e-mail and will be immediately visible in your MQFF app as soon as they’ve been purchased.

We always recommend buying tickets online, and well in advance, to avoid disappointment.
