I’ve entered my e-mail but I can’t view my content. What’s wrong?

There could be a couple of issues here. Try viewing the content in the Firefox web browser, as we have noticed some users have had trouble with Chrome, Safari and other browsers.

The second issue is that the e-mail address you’re entering is not the same as your PayPal e-mail address. After you purchased content online, you should have received an e-mail confirming your purchase as well as your login details – these may have gone to your junk mail. These will only go to the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account.

Where can I watch the film I purchased?

Go back to the MQFF website to view the content you’ve purchased. You should be redirected back to the website to view as soon as the payment has cleared.

If you have purchased before 17 July, simply return to where you first purchased your content in order to view it.
